"We have renewed support for one of your products however the new license key does not work. I get a "Your license is invalid! " error."
The license is very sensitive to change in the characters within the Java strings and this includes white space. Sometimes where a license is emailed in HTML it becomes corrupt as white space is deleted. Please ensure that you have installed the license directly from either the attachment in the license email or from viewing the license directly from our website. When viewing the license within your IDE all the colons of the license headers should line up.
